I made these cookies for Diwali in 2016, and I should have tripled the recipe because every one loved them so much! I was told I should open an Indian bakery here in town. I am making another batch for tomorrow''s pooja and I''ll make five times what the recipe yields. Thank you so much for such a perfect recipe!
