Great tikki recipe loved the moong Dal and oats combination. Can even have it without the chutney, tasteful by itself
Palak Toovar Dal ( Iron Rich Recipes ) Reviewed June 17, 2016by

The dal tasted very nice, I have made palak dal before and always add garlic and tomatoes. But even without adding tomatoes it tasted wonderful.
The only issue I faced with was adding 3 cups water, I think is too much. Because all water splashed from my pressure cooker on the stove. Though the dal was thin but please suggest if 2 cups water will be fine or 2/12 cup?
Pumpkin Soup ( Low Calorie Healthy Cooking ) Reviewed April 05, 2016by

This soup is defintely very healthy and yummy but I think 4 cups of water is too much. I have tried this recipe twice and both the times the soup was so watery, 3 cups gives it a better consistency. And yes Oregano lifts up the flavor.
Mexican Rajma Corn Pizza, Kidney Beans and Corn Pizza Reviewed April 05, 2016by

Very nice recipe, I tried it yesterday and the Rajma mix is such a healthy option and great source of protein. Though instead of pizza base, I used Pita Bread which also was crisp and is a great alternative to pizza base. Yummy go ahead try it!
Broccoli and Zucchini in Red Capsicum Gravy Reviewed February 25, 2016by

The gravy is certainly very unusual from a regular Punjabi subzi gravy. Not using Indian spices and instead using oregano and chili flakes definitely gives it a different taste but yummy. Worth trying !!
Date and Almond Balls Reviewed February 25, 2016by

Totally agree you barely know you are eating dates, it has that natural sugar and the nuts make it so crunchy. Such a good option even for replacing a granola or any other bars.
