These parathas are super duper hit in my family. The kabuli chana and coconut is a very rare and unique combination which i had never thought of, but trust me it is an amazing one! The chaat masala and coriander gives a very nice taste. If you are looking for some change from the regular parathas, this one is something you should not miss..

Achari Chana Pulao
Reviewed August 07, 2015by Krupali Shukla

The best part of this recipe is that it is very quick. All we have to do is just put them all in the pressure cooker and whistle it. The common spices used in this recipe lends an amazing flavour to it. I carry it many times in my tiffin, when i am in a hurry to prepare something quick in the morning.

Paneer Makhanwala
Reviewed August 01, 2015by Krupali Shukla

Paneer Makhanwala always looks very attractive with its red gravy and i didn''t expect it will come out so good when i will make this at home. I made this recipe and it looked very attractive and so delicious was its taste. it s not so quick but not even very lengthy. If in just a few minutes, you can get such a tasty subzi then you should definitely not miss this.

Aloo Mutter Korma in White Gravy
Reviewed August 01, 2015by Krupali Shukla

Aloo and green peas is a common combination. They mostly go well with each other. I have most of time tried it in the red gravy, but this is the first time i tried it in white gravy and it is actually super delicious. The onions and the spices in the paste adds a wonderful flavour to the subzi. Must try this one..

Whole Wheat Brown Bread Rolls ( Kebabs and Tikkis Recipe)
Reviewed August 01, 2015by Krupali Shukla

This recipe is what i was waiting for. Whole wheat bread. Everyone in my family loves bread and so do i. These bread rolls are nice and soft from outside and even from inside. Butter it nicely and its yumm. And the best part is i can have it without the guilt of having maida. Also the baking time is just 20 minutes. That''s definately a plus point, otherwise generally there is a lot of baking time in almost all the recipes that i have seen.

Quick Rava and Vegetable Dhokla
Reviewed August 01, 2015by Krupali Shukla

I make this recipe very often to carry it in the tiffin. They are quick and filling. It is very helpful when you are in a hurry and want something quick, filling and tasty. The veggies add a crunch to the dhokla giving it a nice mouthfeel. Have it with green chutney, it will taste even better.

I do not like making sweets as they are very time consuming, but this recipe is so easy, quick and taste fab...I often make this and store in an air-tight container for a day or 2 and enjoy it in intervals.

Kokum Kadhi

This kadhi recipe is very different from the usual kadhis we make. The unique thing about this recipe is that there is no use of besan.Kokum, the main ingredient of this recipe gives an amazing flavour to this kadhi. The kadhi tastes nice but more better when chilled. I liked the chilled kadhi more.
