Moong Dal Dhokla Reviewed November 17, 2012by

I give this recipes 100/100. So easy to make, and it makes soft, fluffy and tasty dhoklas. Even my son, who is not a fan of dhoklas, finished up half the thali of dhoklas, relishing it with green chutney, and also with oil and red chilli powder-garlic chutney.
Simply delicious.

This recipe takes a little longer to make as you have to cook it on medium flame so it becomes crispy, but believe me, its worth all the effort.
thanks, tarlaji.

this rotli turned out so delicious eaten hot straight from the stove, it reminds me of my mum who used to make this rotlis on sundays when the family is at home, with keri no raas. wow, so soft and melting in the mouth.
