The can curd make it a tad tangy, so use fresh curds and add a spoon of milk. Got the antidote from an expert chef! Think it'll work.

I've made this twice already. Its turned out great and is quickly turning into a family favorite. The sauce is yummy, and you can enjoy it even if you don't have all the vegetables.
