Chocolate Chip Cookies ( The Chocolate Cook Book ) Reviewed November 22, 2013by

I never knew cookies can be made so easily at home!
I tried with less maida and more wheat flour, and the result is equally good.
Definately worth making, and ya, make double the recipe. 6 cookies get over in 6 seconds!!

Can't believe that an item with this kind of a name can be so yummy!!
Had never tasted it before, so wasnt sure if the taste will be appreciated or not, but lo and behold- I followed the instructions as it turned out to be just great!!
An excellent item to make for a welcome change!!

Pani puri, something my mother would have made 1000s of times. But when i experimented and made the different types of Pani- the hing, jeera and Limca phudina Pani it was a HIT!!
Everyone loved it and was asking for more and more!
Never thought that Pani puri would be so much more tastier with the different types of Pani.
A must try for foodies!
Faraali Idli Sambhar ( Faraali Recipes) Reviewed July 18, 2012by

Cooking for a "upvas" day has always, always been boring. The same old sabudana kichadi, farali pattis, potatoes and fried peanuts. So, when i saw the Faraali recipes book, i immediately picked it up!
I tried out faraali idli and sambhar and it was just toooo good! My husband was happy that he didnt have to eat the usual meal and yet not break the fast.
Not at all difficult to make and very tasty! Everyone was surprised and appreciated both the items big time.
