Tasted very good but took about an hour to pan fry the tikkis on pan. Can you please post oven baking / oven broil cooking instructions so that all the tikkis can be made same time

Tried this recipe about 14 years back and I still cherish it. I did it as is and also used broccoli. It turned out good.

It has super good taste. to avoid milk from curdling up, heat the milk first and then add it to the onions and later add tomato ketchup and sauce
