I would say excellent kulfis I got but the only thing is you really have to slave in the kitchen for 45mins to an hour atleast.And especially when its mentioned 10 mins..so you anticipate 10-20 mins not so much time.
But kulfis came out well I had added kesar as well which gave it nice colour and flavour.

For the first time something that I have to really throw away. Nowhere it was mentioned that you need to be careful with colocasia leaves (as if it is undercooked/ or if enoug of tamarind is not added it could feel strange in throat). In the recipe to mix 2 1/2 cup of besan they had told you to just add 3 tbsp of besan..and secondly just 3 tbsp of tamarind...lots of basic flaws in the recipe.

I like the stuffing and had tried in oven but in 10-15 minutes it never gets cooked so I have to cook them for more time and then it doesnt break easily with spoon.

Perfect recipe...no one could believe that it is homemade halwa..and it delighted my mum with the thought that her daughter can make moong dal halwa much better than hers...

I just love the looks and taste of this recipe..but this recipe is only for those who really love coriander as too much coriander imparts a very very mild bitterness that coriander has..

Its picture made me tried this recipe and I wasnt impressed by my output..in picture its looking so very yummy...and mine turned out to be really a combination of boiled vegetables..

I love the flavour and taste of this recipe..the only drawback is its presentation as rice tends to get broken while mixing spinach and hence it is not presentable in front of guests

I am still looking for the perfect recipe of making sandesh... in this recipe they state it leaves the sides ...mine never leaves the side of the pan so early...and it gets overcooked and hence very hard...
