he hidden sugar in the readily available muesli makes its unhealthy, further serving it with whole milk and added sugar adds unwanted calories to your diet. Make your own low-cal version of this popular breakfast cereal at home viz. combine lightly roasted 1 cup each of oats, wheat flakes and corn flakes, add 2 tbsp of chopped roasted walnuts, 2 tbsp roasted flax seeds/ pumpkin seeds and 1 tbsp chopped raisins/ dates. Serve with low fat milk and freshly chopped strawberries, apples and banana!
