This is what adrak (ginger) look like. We are going to make adrak juice.

Peel the adrak.

Grate adrak.

In a small bowl cover with a muslin cloth.

Put the grated adrak on it.

Tie into a potli.

Squeeze with your fingers to get the adrak juice.
