1 1/2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tbsp chopped green chillies
2 tbsp finely chopped green garlic (hara lehsun) or 1 tbsp finely finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp powdered sugar
2 tsp vinegar
salt to taste

tangy and spicy...this green garlic sauce goes well with any starter. i pound the mixture a little after mixing to bring out the flavours.
