I would like to try this recipe. Can you tell me what two whistles means as far as time and pressure.

Tarla Dalal    Hi Gary, The time and number of whistles depend upon your pressure cooker (the size), on the flame and also, upon the method of cooking i.e using a vessel and then cooking or directly adding to a pressure cooker.

it''s a great recipe.. thank you Tarla Dalal ji but as I ve read and heard everywhere you should not hear olive oil.. not to be used for Indian cooking.. pls clarify

Tarla Dalal    Hello, There is a controversy about cooking with olive oil. However, you can switch to regular oil if you don''t wish to use olive oil.
