A healthy mix of five different dals .. gives a nice texture ..when cooked with basic spices and ingredients adds to the flavour. Please note that jeera has been ommited in step 4 which may please be added.Thanks.

Panchkuti Dal.. A mixture of 5 dal.. It is simply aromatic and a flavourful dal.. A different recipe.. from the regular dal.. I make this often.. as everyone enjoys this in my family..
