Thank you for this wonderful recipe..since I am diabetic and this helped me in controlling my sugar levels as well as my weight. Moreover my children loved it. Thank you once again.

Spinach gives you the iron. Simple paratha to make. I tool the maida out and replaced with whole wheat flour to make a healthier paratha,
