Recipe title says Instant Oats, recipe calls for oat flour...which is it? Don''t believe they are the same product. Thanks

Quick breakfast recipe.. to make..where all the ingredients.. are easily available in every house hold.. The oats, wholewheat flour makes it healthy combination..
