Is there any alternative to celery? Or can we omit it as I am unable to get celery here.

What could be the shelf life of this Scheuzuan sauce? Is it to be stored in a refrigerator?

Tarla Dalal    Hi Vanita, it can stay for upto a month when refridgerated. Make sure you use a fresh dry spoon everytime you use the sauce.

Thank you so much for this authentic recipe of schezuan sauce!! Its pretty easy and I dont have to depend on the oily ones they have in restaurants generally!
