I really enjoyed this recipe nd it came out very well as similar to the photos you have posted. People along with me too enjoyed the soup. Thank you for the recipe.

Made slight adjustments: used both olive oil and butter to sautè the onions. Substituted 1 1/2 cups plain water for chicken stock when adding to the onions, carrots and apples. Lastly didn''t use a pressure cooker allowed it to simmer on low heat for about 30 mins. Other than these changes followed the recipe, & the taste was fantastic!!! Suprising how filling this turned out to be!

I tried this recipe but the soup was very bitter in taste. I followed the recipe exactly used the same measurements and timings. But finally the soup was so bitter and was inedible.

Tarla Dalal    Hi, We have tried this here and it was perfect, Don''t know what went wrong with your soup,just make sure your apple is not bad that could be the only possibility that the soup went bitter in taste.
