Baked eggplant topped with curds.. this is a superb starter recipe. i made this for a kitty party.. all my guest enjoyed it a lot..The flavours just burst in the mouth.. Great recipe.

This is a perfect healthy snack or starter to have. Baked brinjal brushed with olive oil and topped with sea salt is an amazing snack. Topping it with curds just adds zing to this awesome recipe. Made it tons of times and never tired of this recipe.
