I love aloo in any form and when deep-fried aloo tastes more delicious.. this recipe is a perfect example to prove that... these kurkure has many flavours coming from roasted peanuts and roasted cumin seeds powder to capsicum and mint leaves which combine very beautifully to make a wonderful party stlye starter....
