Main Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
- 1/2 cup plain flour (maida)
- 1/4 cup cornflour
- 1 tsp chilli powder

salt and freshly ground black pepper powder to taste
- oil for deep-frying
Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl along with 6 tbsp of water and mix well.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai and scatter individual batter coated corn kernels in it and deep-fry till they are golden brown in colour from all the sides. Drain on an absorbent paper.
- Cool slightly and serve immediately.
