For chilli oil curd dip- To make chilli oil curd dip, combine hung curd and salt to taste in a bowl. Whisk well and keep aside.
- For the dressing, in another small bowl, add garlic, chilli flakes, coriander, chilli powder, salt, sesame seeds and spring onions.
