• MOBILE SERVICES.

  • The Website may include certain features, applications, tools and services that may be available or accessible or downloadable via or to your mobile, cell phone, tablet, smart phone or a PDA or by whatever name called (“Mobile Device”), including, without limitation: (a) the ability to upload to the Website via your mobile phone (“Mobile Uploads”), (b) the ability to receive and reply to messages and to send content and messages using text messaging (“Mobile Texts”), and (c) the ability to access the Website from your Mobile Device and download Content thereof or install and use any mobile or web application or tool on the Mobile Device (“Mobile Web”), (Mobile Device, Mobile Uploads, Mobile Texts and Mobile Web shall be collectively referred to as "Mobile Services"). Your carrier’s normal messaging, data and other rates, tariffs and fees may be applicable, irrespective of the fact whether Sanjay & Co. provides the Mobile Services to you for free or at any charge. Your carrier may prohibit or restrict certain Mobile Services and certain Mobile Services may be incompatible with your carrier or Mobile Device. You should check with your carrier to find out what plans are available and how much they cost before you proceed to download, use or avail any Mobile Services on your Mobile Device. By using the Mobile Services you agree that Sanjay & Co. may communicate with you regarding the Website and its partners by SMS, MMS, text message/email or other electronic means to your Mobile Device and that certain information about your usage of the Mobile Services will be communicated to us.

    • Your name, address, telephone number and email address.

• REVIEW / REMOVAL / EDITING.

  Sanjay & Co. reserves the right, at its discretion, to review, edit, modify, temporarily suspend, or completely remove or delete any content, information or material posted or uploaded by you on the Website or Mobile Services without prior notice to you.

• TELEPHONE SUPPORT.

  Our team will only answer questions related to problems you have experienced with our recipes, and cannot answer general topics like suggested menus for special occasions, etc. When you call, please have the concerned recipe on hand and the name of the book in which it is published. Time constraints allow a limit of only 3 minutes per call as this is a free service offered by Sanjay & Co. and we need to be considerate to others who may be calling. We cannot answer queries about recipes which are not ours or about recipes which are posted by any user. We will neither dictate entire recipe/s on the phone nor assure you of calling you back.

• INDEMNIFICATION.

  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sanjay & Co., its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your access to or use of the Website, Mobile Services and/or Content; (ii) any actual or alleged violation or breach by you of these Terms of Use; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, trademark or privacy right; (iv) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party; (v) any content provided, shared, uploaded or posted by you on the Website or Mobile Services; or (vi) your acts or omissions.
