Chock-full of nutrients from multiple veggies, this tasty and comforting Vegetable Broth is just right to have when you are recuperating from a surgery or suffering from vomiting.
It is an apt addition to a clear liquid diet as it helps to maintain the fluid balance in the body. It is very easy to make, and can be made with any veggies of your choice so you do not have to break your head about sourcing the ingredients.
Whatever veggies you make it with, just remember to strain the soup very well because a clear liquid diet should be devoid of fibre. As this Vegetable Broth has no fat, it does not load the digestive system at all.
