Preparation Time:    Baking Time:  20 minutes   Baking Temperature:  230°C (460°F)   Cooking Time:    Total Time:     8Makes 8 tartlets

Ingredients

8 slices of whole wheat bread
1 1/2 tsp melted low fat butter
Method
    Main procedure
  1. Remove the crust from the bread slices.
  2. Roll each slice with a rolling pin.
  3. Press the rolled slices into the cavities of a muffin tray that is lightly greased with butter.
  4. Brush with the remaining melted butter and bake in a pre-heated oven at 230°c (460°f) for 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp. Keep aside.

This recipe is healthy and crunchy..add lots of vegetables and you get nice nutritious snack!
