Ingredients
1 1/4 cups semi riped mango strips (totapuri)
1 cup cucumber juliennes
1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
1/4 cup masala cashews , broken into pieces

To Be Mixed Into A Dressing
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp honey
salt to taste
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch)
Method
    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl, add the dressing and toss well.
  2. Refrigerate and serve chilled.

Tangy and sweet mango and cucumber salad.. this is a great combination for the salad.. with a sweet and sour taste of the mangoes.. and crunchy cucumbers.. at the same time it is really quick to make thos salad..
