  1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
  2. Place them on a baking tray in a single layer.
  3. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°c (360°f) for 15 minutes.
  4. Let it cool completely.
  5. Serve immediately or store in air tight container.

  1. You can also roast them in a broad non-stick pan for 8 minutes. Ensure that you add the dry red chilli flakes at the end and not while roasting.

Just loved it... has a nice lemony flavour and is not at all oily. Thumbs up for this one.
