A great marriage of flavours... sweet, spicy and sour... the the textures are great too... the crispy outer covering from the arrowroot coating, the gooey potato layer right under it... and the crunchy stuffing... packed with flavour... A recipe to perfection...

This is very good pattice taste wise and looks attractive and mouth watering.It is very easy and quick to prepare.When I prepared this pattice every body praised and loved this pattice.After that in two weeks I prepared this pattice 4 times on demand!!!Thanks Tarla didi.
