For potato cheese garlic tikki- To make potato cheese garlic tikki, combine all ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.

What is potato cheese garlic tikki made of ? potato cheese garlic tikki is made from 1 1/2 cups boiled and mashed potatoes, 1/2 cup grated processed cheese, 2 tbsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun), 1/4 cup finely chopped onions, 2 tbsp finely chopped mint leaves (phudina) leaves, 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania), 2 tsp chilli powder, 2 tbsp cornflour, 1 tbsp finely chopped almonds (badam), salt to taste and oil for deep-frying.
