  1. To make papaya pear and yoghurt smoothie, in a mixer put papaya cubes, pear cubes, greek yoghurt or curd, coconut milk , sunflower seeds, vanilla extract or vanilla essence and ice cubes.
  2. Blend till smooth and frothy.
  3. Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 3 individual glasses.

Hello, I used the papaya,yellow pears, full can of trader joes organic coconut milk, 1 tbsp honey, added 1 cup of romaine lettuce, added 1/2 cup of trader joes vegan kefir and a large pinch of cardamon. Very tasty.
