Main Procedure
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. divide this mixture into 6 equal portions.
  2. Shape each portion into a round and flatten slightly to make tikkis. set aside.
  3. Using a little oil, cook the tikkis on a non-stick pan till both sides are golden brown.
  4. Serve hot sprinkled with chaat masala.
