After a very successful career path of 8 years, I have decided to decompress!! n thanks to my wonderful husbands move to the US, I got t he perfect opportunity to focus on my health n work on myself . Someone once told me that your body is your temple. I agree! I can tell you with absolute certainty ThaT what goes inside your body makes you feel, think and act accordingly . I recently read in a book that when you eat things that are close to your generations, your body is more accepting . I am an Indian & thanks to this wonderful app, m experiments are even more serious .
