Ingredients
Main Ingredients
2 tbsp finely chopped mint leaves (phudina)
1/4 cup grated paneer (cottage cheese)
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
salt to taste

oil for cooking
Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and knead into a soft dough using enough water.
 - Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and roll each portion into a 150 mm. (6”) diameter circle using a little whole wheat flour for rolling.
 - Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and cook each roti, using a little oil, till it turns golden brown in colour from both the sides
 - Serve hot.

Roti with mint is something uncommon.It is soft and tasty. Onion and Green chilli gives a nice flavour to it. But make sure you serve it hot only then you will enjoy the taste.
