We have used peanut oil for making our heathy matar paratha. Peanut oil has the highest amount of MUFA (around 49%) amongst all the other remaining common cooking oils. The remaining 51% is PUFA and SFA. Most households in western India use peanut oil as a cooking medium. If you want an option, then you can use ghee which is very healthy.
We have used low fat curds in this green pea paratha and suggested the usage of peanut oil as it has higher MUFA than other vegetable oils.
So enjoy this matar paratha for weight loss and serve with low fat curds.
