For mango sheera- To make mango sheera, heat the ghee in a broad non-stick pan, add the semolina and sauté on a slow flame for 6 minutes.
- Add the sugar, chironji nuts, milk and cardamom powder and mix well.
- Cover with a lid and cook on a medium flame for 4 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Switch off the flame, add the mango pulp and chopped mangoes and mix well.
- Serve the mango sheera warm garnished with almond slivers.
