1 cup grated potatoes
1/4 cup chopped spring onions whites
1 tsp cornflour
1 tsp oil
1 tbsp chopped basil leaves
1 tbsp chopped dry Kashmiri red chillies
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/4 cup chopped mushrooms (khumbh)
salt to taste
1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped coriander (dhania)
1/4 cup finely chopped spring onion greens

very good idea of mixing potatoes with spring onions. its delicious and filling. the mushrooms add to the texture. thanks for the recipe :)
