To make cream cheese, boil 5 cups of milk in a deep pan.

Remove from the flame and add 1 tbsp vinegar.

Mix gently using a spatula or till the milk curdles.

Place strain and muslin cloth on a deep bowl.

Pour the curdled milk.

Pour the chilled water.

Squeeze out all the excess water from the paneer.

Transfer the mixture into a mixer.

Add 2 tbsp fresh cream and 1 tbsp water.

Add salt to taste.

Blend it well until smooth.

Use the homemade cream cheese as require.

Store in an air tight container in refrigerator for 2 days.

You can add any flavorings to the dip like vanilla extract, garlic powder etc.
