Ingredients

2 cups milk
1 cup fresh thick curds (dahi)
4 ripe bananas, sliced
2 tbsp honey
6 crushed ice-cubes
Method
    Main Procedure
  1. Combine the curds, banana and honey and blend in a blender until smooth.
  2. Add the crushed ice cubes and milk and blend again for a few seconds.
  3. Pour into 4 individual glasses and serve immediately.

Madam I just wanted to clarify whether milk and curd can be used together for the smoothie.

Tarla Dalal    If the milk-curd combo suits your system, you can have it. Curds are necessary to give that required thickness to the smoothie. However if you wish to, you can avoid the milk and instead combine the curds with very little water before blending.
