For High Fibre Chutney
1/2 cup boiled green peas
1 cup chopped coriander (dhania)
1 to 2 green chillies
2 large garlic (lehsun) cloves
25 mm of ginger (adrak)
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
salt to taste

Method

For high fibre chutney

  1. To make {span class="bold1"}high fibre chutney recipe{/span}, combine all the ingredients in a blender and grind to a fine paste using approx. 2 tablespoons of water. Store refrigerated.
