For Herbed Curd Dip
1 cup thick curds (dahi)
2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
2 tbsp finely chopped coloured capsicum
3 tbsp fresh cream
1 1/2 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste

what is parsley capsicum dip made of ? garlic capsicum and parsley dip is made from cheap and easily available ingredients in India such as 1 cup thick curds  ( comes from 2 cups curd), 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley, 3 tbsp fresh cream, 2 tablespoons coloured capsicum, 1 1/2 tsp finely chopped garlic and 1/4 th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp pepper. Place a clean and dry muslin cloth over the bowl. You can also use a thin cheesecloth for this purpose.

Put 2 cups curd in the strainer. We have used low fat curds but you can use full fat curds if you are healthy. You can buy the curd from a store or you can learn how to make curd with full fat milk. Bring the sides of the muslin cloth together.

This dip is sooo easy and quick to make, I serve this with some crispy chips for a party and all enjoy every bite of it
