For the doodhi koftas- To make healthy doodhi kofta curry recipe, squeeze out all the extra water from the bottle gourd and discard it.
- Add onions, besan, green chillies, chilli powder, turmeric, salt, coriander and baking soda.
- Mix well and divide the mixture into 8 equal portions.
