Main Ingredients
3 cups cold milk
3 tbsp gulkand , refer handy tip
1 tbsp rose syrup
1/2 cup ice-cubes
Method
- Gulkand is made by marinating rose petals in sugar. It is a coolant and tastes great when used in ice-creams, milkshakes or any other desserts. It is readily available in the market. Store in an air-tight container in a dry place or in the refrigerator.
- Combine all the ingredients together and blend in a mixer till smooth and frothy.
- Pour equal quantities of the shake into 4 individual glasses and serve immediately.
