- 8 parboiled long sweet potato (shakarkand) slices
- 1 cup chopped and blanched french beans , cut into 2” inch
- 1/2 cup cherry tomato halves
- 2 tsp olive oil

sea salt (khada namak) and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste
Method
- Heat the olive oil in a griller pan or a pan, add the sweet potatoes, french beans and cherry tomatoes and sprinkle little sea salt and pepper powder. Toss on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
