Description
Nozzles help to pipe out icing, etc., in patterns. They are manufactured of brass with collar rings, and made with utmost precision so as to give the decoration a clear outline. The patterns made by nozzles can be varied according to the angle at which the nozzle is held and the amount of pressure used on the handle of the syringe or the bag. Moving speed and direction also varies the pattern - for instance, a zig-zag movement with a star nozzle gives a cable effect. Different shapes of nozzles are available in the market, like star-shaped, flower-shaped, round nozzle, etc. which are fitted on piping bags and used for decoration of cakes and other bakery products.

Round nozzle
