Fruit Daiquiri Mocktail

A cooling blend of mixed fruit pulp and crushed ice with just a little lemon juice. Goes famously well for cocktail parties.
Method- Put in a liquidiser the cut fruit, sugar syrup, lemon juice and crushed ice.
- Blend for 1 minute. Pour into a tall glass
- Decorate with pineapple slices and serve cold.
