what is oats cheese straw made of? eggless oats cheese straw is made from cheap and easily available ingredients in India such as 3/4 cup coarsely ground oats flour, refer handy tip, 3/4 cup plain flour (maida), salt to taste, 5 tbsp butter, 4 tbsp grated processed cheese, 1/4 tsp chilli powder, 1/4 tsp mustard powder, plain flour (maida) for rolling and 1/4 tbsp butter for greasing. These are quick cooking rolled oats used to make oats flour.

We have taken 3/4 cup oats and put it in a small mixer. Do not use a big mixer jar as it will be difficult to blend a small quantity. This will give you a little more than 3/4 cup of oats flour.

Blend to a coarse powder.

Put the oats flour in a bowl. Use in your Indian recipes such as thepla, tikki, cookies, oats cheese straws and smoothies.

In a bowl put 1/2 cup coarsely ground oats flour.
