I made the cake n turn out well, thanks a lot to you... i wan to know if i wan to make a bigger cake taking 3cups of plain flour...what will be the measurments of other ingridients...should i take everything double or what???... pls. Let me know the detailef measurements

Tarla Dalal    Hi Shweta, We would not advice you to make a bigger cake, but if you yet wish to, the recipe has a box saying show servings it will automatically count for you. but make sure the cake tin size is also perfect

Tarla Dalal    Hi Nekha, Once your cake has been made.. cool it slightly and store it in the container.. if cooled in open.. it gets hardens from the sides, because of extra dryness..

Earlier I have tried several time to make good spongy vanila cake with some other recipes but unfortunately everytime I failed to do that. But this time with your recipe , i am able to make a perfect vanila cake and each and everyone of my family love it. Thanks a lot for such a perfect recipe.
