My son was after my life to cook Pasta in a different way than the way I did. I tried this recipe & was really thankful to Tarla Ji for it. My son as well as everyone in the house enjoyed the great taste & the aroma of it.

This recipe is superb. Came out really well. My 4-year old picky eater declared it to be her new ''favoritest'' food and my husband who loves to frequent Italian joints said it''s the best pasta he has ever had! I am happy that my family is stuffed with a healthy veggie rich meal today :)

I''ve always made white sauce pasta, tried red sauce for the first time, everyone loved it, I''d run out of olive oil so used regular cooking oil, but it still turned out really well, thanks for the great recipe :)

Tarla Dalal    Dear Amit, Italian recipes always taste better with olive oil. But you can still use your regular cooking oil.
