Hi Tarla, whenerver I make paranthas they are so crispy that I cannat pack them for my tiffin...please suggest me how to make them soft.

Tarla Dalal    Hi Neetu, Make sure when you make parathas, cook them on a medium flame, and apply ghee evenly all over so that it remains soft, even after it is cooked, and cool them completely and pack in an air-tight tiffin box.
