Cabbage, baby corn and capsicum deep fried and then cooked with burnt garlic to give a great flavor. Goes well with chilli sauce or soya sauce.

I love crispy vegetables and I am so glad that this beautiful recipe allows me to have that restaurant kind of perfection at home! even when i make it. Thanks a lot!! :D
