When i added prepared curd rice mixture to the seasoning in pan, curd gets coagulated. Can you suggest me some solution. Otherwise its a great recipe.

Tarla Dalal    Hi Pooja, Usually it doesn''t get coagulated but to be on a safer side, keep the gas on the slowest flame as mentioned in the recipe and keep stirring.
